Josh Littlefield teaches a class designed specifically for young to family aged adults, offering an enriching environment centered on exploring biblical truths. We delve deeply into the Scriptures, providing insightful study not only of the biblical texts themselves but also of the backgrounds and lives of their authors, enhancing our understanding of God’s message across history. Beyond study, the class fosters joyful fellowship where participants connect, encourage, and grow together in faith. All activities and discussions are embraced in the name of Jesus, cultivating a warm and welcoming community grounded in His love and grace.

The “Let’s Roll” Sunday School class is a large-group, lecture-style class was started after September 11, 2001 and named after the words of Todd Beamer onboard the hijacked Flight 93 plane bound for a federal building in Washington DC. The plane ended up crashing in a Pennsylvania field due to passengers fighting back. Todd’s last words of “Let’s Roll” became the class name as an idea from then-Pastor Doug Whitfield soon after the 911 terrorist attack.
Although the class is mainly directed towards young and senior adults, the class is open to all age groups. The lecture-style delivery is also a great fit for those who are not comfortable in small group settings that have group discussions, scripture reading, and individuals being called on to pray. The class is informal and class attendees can sit comfortably in the sanctuary church pews. Church members and visitors arriving late to Sunday school also can enter the sanctuary and enjoy the class already in session without disturbing others. Following the leading of the Holy Spirit, teachers in this class deliver a large variety of lessons and are not limited to following lessons in a particular study guide or book.

Still affectionately referred to as Ms. Betty Ray's class, this class was established over 30 years ago and her original class design is still in use today. Our class is a very loving class. We have a weekly prayer list for all types of concerns which is central to our member’s hearts. Our lesson is an open discussion which allows for everyone’s input. We try and focus on how God’s word is relevant today and enjoy reading from our weekly lesson book. All ages are welcome as we really have fun.

Our “Get Fed” Sunday school group is a conversational study of scriptures. It is for all adult ages whether married or single. All our studies are focused on growing a relationship with Jesus Christ through His Word. If you already have a relationship with Him, it is a great opportunity to cultivate that relationship to understand and Love Him more. If you do not have Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, it is an opportunity to start a relationship that will change your eternity. Our style is group discussion. If you would like to talk, this is a great group to be with. If you like to listen and not speak so much, this is a great group to be with. We uplift each other and bear each other’s burdens. There is a lot of Love in this group of wonderful people, and we really enjoy one another.
